What does HelloBill cost?
The Free plan costs nothing and includes 20 new invoices a month, with quotes, reminders, receipts and online payments. There is no time limit.
Pro is RM 29 a month for unlimited invoices, and new subscribers get the first 7 days free. You pay through the App Store or Google Play, and you can cancel any time there.
What happens after 20 invoices in a month?
You can still open, send, remind and record payments on every invoice you have. New invoices wait for the next month, or you can move to Pro and carry on straight away.
How does the 7-day free trial work?
Start Pro from the app and the first 7 days are free. The App Store or Google Play shows the offer and the price before you confirm. One free trial per store account.
Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends and you pay nothing; your account goes back to Free with everything still in it. Otherwise Pro carries on at the monthly price.
Do you take a cut of online payments?
No. HelloBill charges no fee on payments. Stripe charges its standard fee for each online payment, and the rest goes to your own Stripe account.
How do I cancel Pro?
In your App Store or Google Play subscriptions, or from Manage subscription in the app. Pro stays on until the end of the month you paid for, then your account goes back to Free with everything still in it.
